the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, as it's situated on a tiny quiet pedestrian road near to the local Bus Station, which made getting about so easy. Our room was spacious and comfortable. the bathroom was fully equipped and spotlessly clean. the service was impeccable, everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the view overlooking the city was breathtaking. it was a wonderful stay with all the facilities that we needed and more.
We did notice some street noise and outside commotion which disturbed us slightly at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the charming Old Town. Being just a short walk away from the harbor and bus stop made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and visiting nearby archaeological sites. The hotel itself was housed in a beautiful, old Venetian building, exuding a unique and nostalgic atmosphere. The room I stayed in was spacious and had beautiful shuttered windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and there was always a steady supply of hot water.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a charming old town. You can feel the history of the building, which was built in 1850, as soon as you walk through the door. The attention to detail and personal touch from the friendly staff, who are actually sisters, is truly remarkable. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from everything you'd want to see. And let's not forget the breakfast - it's a feast! Freshly baked goods, homemade sweet spoon, and refreshing freshly squeezed orange juice, it's a great way to start the day.
Only one regret - wished we could have stayed longer!

Location and amazing staff Located in the heart of the town, everything was within walking distance. the staff was amazing and provided great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. the breakfast spread was really good, with a variety of options, and the complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day was a nice touch. the room was cleaned and serviced every day, which made coming back each evening even more pleasant.
Small rooms and lack of soundproofing the biggest downside was the lack of soundproofing, which meant that I could hear other guests talking and walking in the hallways and neighboring rooms, which was a bit bothersome at times. the rooms also felt quite small and cramped, which made it a bit challenging when trying to move around with luggage.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail that surpasses expectations. It is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, just a stone's throw away from the harbour and conveniently close to the bus stop. The staff are friendly and provide exceptional service, always ready to assist with any inquiries or local information. The rooms may be small with minimal storage space, but they make up for it with their charming decor and the stunning view of the nearby Palamidi castle. Additionally, the breakfast is a highlight, with homemade touches and options catering to vegetarians.
Nothing to improve, all was perfect.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! It is situated on a quiet pedestrian road, just a short walk from the harbor and the bus stop. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring both the old town and nearby archaeological sites. the building itself is a beautiful Venetian structure, adding to the charm of the stay. Our room was spacious and had large windows with beautiful shutters, offering a lovely view. the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and we never ran out of hot water. the two ladies who ran the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful local information and helping us with bus schedules.
There were a few drawbacks during our stay. we had requested twin beds for my son and me, but we were given a double bed instead.
